SnapDetail – Terms of Service

1. Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale are part of SnapDetail’s overall Terms of Use and apply to all clients (hereafter referred to as “Users” or “Customers”) who utilize SnapDetail’s detailing services. By booking online, over the phone, or in person, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Once an appointment is booked, you are legally bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Packages and Pricing
SnapDetail offers various detailing packages tailored to different vehicle types. All pricing and service package details are subject to change without prior notice. Current packages, pricing, and inclusions are listed on our website: www.snapdetail.com.
3. Payment Terms and Conditions
- Payments are due upon completion of the service.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Debit, and Credit Cards.
- If a card is declined, the customer must provide a valid alternative within 48 hours. After that, SnapDetail reserves the right to initiate a collection process for the unpaid balance.
4. Booking Terms and Conditions
- Customers are required to remove all personal items, including valuables, from the vehicle prior to service. SnapDetail is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
- Vehicles must be parked in safe, legal, and accessible areas.
- All services are performed at the customer’s own risk. We assume your vehicle is in a condition suitable for detailing.
- SnapDetail reserves the right to adjust bookings due to technician availability, weather, or equipment issues.
- Work beyond the scope of the selected service may be billed at an hourly rate of $50/hr or a prorated portion thereof.
- A 20% surcharge applies for the handling of hazardous materials including but not limited to vomit, feces, blood, and urine.
5. Late Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.
- Cancellations or rescheduling within the 48-hour window will incur a $40 technician compensation fee.
- Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you believe a service was incomplete or poorly executed:
- Notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
- Include photos and a description of the issue.

SnapDetail will assess and, if warranted, re-service the affected area free of charge. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Appointment Arrival Times
Technicians may arrive within a 30–90 minute window due to traffic or unforeseen delays. SnapDetail will notify you of any significant changes in scheduled times.
8. SMS/Text Message Terms
- To opt out of SMS communication, reply STOP at any time.

- Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your privacy matters: We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Data may only be shared with subcontractors for customer service purposes.
9. Referral & Coupon Policy
- Only new customers using your Referral Link may qualify you for referral credit.
- Abuse of the referral system (e.g., self-referrals, spam, impersonation) will result in forfeiture of all referral credits and possible account termination.
- SnapDetail reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time and for any reason.
10. Website Terms of Use
A. License to Use
You may view and download content from our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute website materials
- Use content for public display or resale
- Reverse engineer or modify the website’s software
- Remove copyright or trademark notices
- Use the site in any unlawful or harmful manner
This license will terminate immediately if you breach these terms.
