Service Agreement

Your SnapDetail Service Experience & Terms

Thank you for choosing SnapDetail — where meticulous car care meets unmatched convenience. By scheduling a service with us, you’re agreeing to the following terms designed to ensure a consistent, transparent, and professional experience for every client.

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

When you book with SnapDetail, we reserve that time exclusively for your vehicle and decline other appointments. If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible via call or text: [469-395-1211]

Notice Given Fee More than 48 hours (No charge)   

24–48 hours ($50 fee) 

Less than 24 hours or no-show Full service fee (up to $200)  


Time-Based Detailing Policy

SnapDetail services are based on time, not a fixed checklist, allowing us to tailor our work to the condition and needs of each vehicle. We’ll complete as much as possible within your scheduled time. If extra time is required due to vehicle condition or additional requests, it will be billed at $50 per additional 30 minutes, pending your approval.

If more time is declined, we’ll focus on your highest priorities and wrap up within the original time window. Please share your top concerns with your technician during check-in to help us deliver the best possible outcome. Full-detail services apply to one vehicle only and cannot be split between multiple vehicles.

Arrival Window & Access Requirements

Our mobile teams may arrive up to 90 minutes after your scheduled appointment, depending on traffic or service delays. You’ll receive SMS updates as we’re on our way.

To perform your service, we require:

  • Access to your vehicle and keys
     
  • Permission to move or reposition the vehicle if needed
     

If we cannot begin the service due to lack of access or keys, standard cancellation/reschedule fees may apply.

Final Inspection, Gratuity, and Service Issues

At the end of your appointment, we’ll perform a walkthrough with you to confirm satisfaction. If you’re unavailable for the final inspection, a 10% gratuity will be automatically added to your invoice as recognition for the technician’s completed service.

Service concerns must be reported within 24 hours. Issues reported outside this window or without participating in the final inspection may not be addressed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately following service. We accept credit/debit cards and cash. Unpaid balances are subject to:

  • A 10% late fee
     
  • 0.5% daily interest until fully paid
     

If you leave during your mobile service appointment, please check out with your technician beforehand. By booking, you authorize SnapDetail to charge the card on file for no-shows, cancellations, or approved time extensions. All sales are final. 

Mobile Service Requirements

For mobile detailing, your location must provide:

  • Access to a water source
     
  • Standard electrical outlet
     

If these resources are unavailable and the service cannot proceed, up to 100% of the service fee (capped at $200) may be charged.

Pre-Existing Conditions & Liability

Our technicians perform a visual inspection of your vehicle before starting service and document any visible pre-existing damage. If any issues arise during the appointment, we’ll notify you immediately.

SnapDetail’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Photos, Marketing & Legal

By booking with SnapDetail, you grant permission for your vehicle to be photographed for internal training or marketing purposes. If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing before your appointment.

This agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to approve work on the vehicle.

What You’re Agreeing To

By booking with SnapDetail, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Services are time-based, not checklist-driven
     
  • You’ll provide vehicle access and participate in the final walkthrough
     
  • You accept our policies for cancellation, storage, gratuity, and service extensions
     
  • Payment reflects technician time and effort, not guaranteed outcomes
     
  • SnapDetail’s liability is limited to the total service amount paid
